1、引言
地下无线通信 由于地层对电磁波的吸收十分重要,地下无线电通信的发展远远滞后于陆地、海上和空中的无线通信。直至上世纪60年代,国外才开始进行地下无线通信的尝试。历经了低频感应的通信、中频载波通信、极低频无线通信等通信方式后,至1970年,井下无线漏泄通信技术首先在英国进入了实用阶段。由于漏泄通信具有话音清晰、抗干扰强、通信距离远,同时组建方便、造价不高等优点,因而得到了迅速的发展。 我国在1986年将井下无线电漏泄通信技术列入国家“七五”重点攻关项目。80年代末这一技术开始引入我国。1993年,我公司KLT?III型井下漏泄移动通信系统研制成功。1994年,又接着推出了KDLT?I型井下漏泄移动通信系统。该系统在我国煤炭、冶金等部门得到了迅速的推广和普及。几年来,矿井漏泄通信技术得到了长足的发展和完善。我国矿井开始逐步告别只靠有线电话通信的年代,实现了在井下随时随地可互相无线通话的梦想。 KDLT?I型井下漏泄移动通信系统工作在60MHZ?80MHZ频段,具有选呼和有无线中转的功能。为了提高系统抗火花干扰的能力,同时改善通信系统的性能,我公司于1997年推出了KDLT?IV型漏泄通信系统。该系统把通信频段提高到145MHZ?165MHZ。把无线与无线、无线与有线的人工中继转变为智能化的自动交换。使手持机缩小了体积,增强了功能,改善了性能。同时还实现了井下与地面无线通信的联网。 为了进一步扩展漏泄通信系统的功能,我公司在同年还推出了KDLT?V型矿井电机车跟踪显示系统。该系统可利用矿井现有漏泄通信设施,同时传输数据,从而实现了井下机车运行位置的实时跟踪显示。这无疑大大改善了机车调度的效率,有力保障了机车运行的安全。 1998年,我公司在KDLT?IV及KDLT?V两系统成功运行的基础上,进一步综合两者之长,推出了KDLT?VI型多信道井巷综合漏泄通信系统。我们相信,随着漏泄通信系统设备性能的不断改进和组网技术的不断提高,将把我国井巷漏泄通信技术推向一个新的水平,从而为我国煤炭、冶金、隧道、屏蔽建筑等领域的通信现代化作出更大的贡献。
 
1. INTRODUCTION
The stratum may severely absorb the electromagnetic waves that pass through it, therefore, the underground wireless communication lags far behind the terrestrial, marine and aerial ones. It’s not until 1996s that foreign countries started to carry out experiments on the underground wireless communication, which experienced different periods of inductive communication at low frequency, carrier communication at medium frequency and wireless communication at extremely low frequency. In 1970, the Underground Wireless Leaky Communication Technology (UWLCT for short) was firstly brought into practical applications. Since it has the merits of clear voice, strong anti-interference, far communication distance, easy to construct and low cost etc., leaky communication technologies quickly. In 1098, UWLCT ranked as one of the state key projects to be tackled in the Seventh Five-Year Plan of China, and in the late 1980s, UWLCT was firstly imported to China. It’s worth mentioning that our company developed the KLT-III type leaky mobile communication system successfully in 1993. Thereon-in 1994, our company pushed the KDLT-I type UWLCT to the market, which has been promoted and popularized rapidly in the departments like coal and metallurgy in China. In the past years, great progress has been made on UWLCT. As a result, most collieries have gradually ceased to adopt the old wire communication system, and the dream of making phone calls anywhere and anytime deep in the mine was realized. The KDLT-I type UWLCT mobile communication system works within the frequency channel from 60MHZ, with wireless repeating functions. To enhance the resistance capability of sparkling interference and to improve the performance of communication systems, our company exploited the KDLT-IV type leaky communication system in 1997. The new system promoted frequency channel from 145MHz to 165MHz, and converted the artificial repeating way, from wireless communication to wireless one or from wireless one to wire communication, to the intelligent and automatic switching style. Therefore, the volume of hand held radio was reduced, the function enhanced and the performance improved. In the mean time, wireless communication networking between underground and ground was implemented successfully. To further expand the functions of leaky communication system, our company developed the KDLT-V type system for tracking and display of mining locomotives, which utilized the existing leaky communication instruments and was capable of transferring data concurrently, therefore, the real time tracking and display functions on running positions of underground locomotives were implemented. This has no doubt greatly improved the efficiency of locomotive scheduling and powerfully ensured the safety of locomotive running. In 1998, our company succeeded in exploiting the KDLT-VI type multi-channel leaky communication system for integral application in underground situations, based on the successful running of KDLT-IV and KDLT-V systems and their respective merits. We are confident that, with the continuous improvement on the performance of leaky communication system instruments and enhancement of networking technologies, the leaky communication system of our country will be advanced to a new stage; accordingly, greater contributions can made to the modernization of communication of our country in the fields of coal, metallurgy, tunnel and architectural mask etc. This brochure mainly introduces the KDLT-IV leaky communication system barring the locomotive tracking and display system
